Historic Paper Friehs has to charge the following minimum fees for postage and handling:

Shipment is made as registered mail, c.o.d., parcel or registered parcel. Loss must be covered by the buyer.
Foreign customers may only receive an invoice excluding VAT if they submit their EU identification number.

Items and documents showing the symbol of the Third Reich:
Customers purchasing said articles declare that they will use these articles only for historical and scientific purposes and never for propaganda reasons or in any other way which is in violation of the law.

2) All documents and securities sold are genuine. Each reprint is clearly marked as such.

3) Payment: All payments must be made up front and in full, i.e. without deduction of rebate. It is also possible to receive articles c.o.d. Shipment or sale of articles on invoice is only possible if Historic Papers Friehs knows the customer by first class reference. In this case the invoice must be paid in full within 5 days.
Payments by Eurocheque (up to AS 2.500.-/cheque) or bank transfer must be made free of charge for Historic Paper Friehs.
We accept also payment through Mastercard, Eurocard and Visacard, in this case

4) All goods delivered remain the property of Historic Papers Friehs until they are paid in full.

5) Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Graz.
